Senior Finance Manager

Power 4 All Group of Companies is currently looking for a Finance Assistant Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day financial operations of the organization, lead our finance team eventually and support the financial operations of our organization.

The ideal candidate should exhibit high standards in communication to partners, clients and stakeholders. With a strong ability to initiate and deliver committed tasks ensuring utmost success in this multifaceted role. 

Your role has a wide range of responsibilities:

• Hands-on general accountant responsible for the whole financial operations of the organization.
• Provide strategic leadership and direction to the finance team eventually, ensuring that financial operations are aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
• Manage the organization's financial planning and analysis functions, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Manage the organization's cash flow and investments to ensure adequate liquidity and maximum returns.
• Oversee the organization's accounting and financial reporting functions, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial records.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership, board of directors, regulatory agencies, and financial institutions.
• Coordinate and assist with the annual audit process, including preparation of audit schedules and responding to auditor inquiries.
• Stay up-to-date on changes to financial regulations and communicate these changes to the organization and other stakeholders.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Vice President for Finance and Admin.

Who we need for high-performance team:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, CPA
• 2+years of experience in finance or accounting - bookkeeping, statutory compliance, financial reporting, cash flow management, etc.
• In-depth knowledge of financial planning and analysis, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements.
• Well adept in all applicable tax laws and regulations and generally accepted accounting standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to provide strategic leadership and direction to the finance team eventually.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with financial software and Microsoft Excel.
• MBA is a plus.
