About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Finance Officer who will support the company's day-to-day finance operations including payroll assistance, government contributions, loan payments, accounts management, and financial reporting. The role ensures accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with all finance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in payroll processing, including validation of attendance, allowances, deductions, and adjustments.
  • Prepare and post loan payments and government contributions (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, BIR).
  • Process accounts payable, reimbursements, liquidations, and supplier payments.
  • Monitor receivables, payables, and prepare aging reports.
  • Perform bank transactions and reconciliation.
  • Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and supporting documentation.
  • Support financial reporting and compliance submissions.
  • Assist the Finance Manager with budgeting, cash flow, and special projects.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in finance or accounting
  • Familiar with PH statutory contributions and payroll processing
  • Proficient in MS Excel and accounting systems
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Can work with minimal supervision
