Position Summary

The HR Compensation Specialist – is responsible for supporting the administration and analysis of compensation programs across the organization. This role collaborates with HR partners, payroll, and technical teams to ensure compensation practices are effectively executed, aligned with internal policies, and compliant with applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve employee compensation inquiries through ServiceNow, escalating cases as appropriate.
  • Process compensation adjustments for union-represented employees in accordance with applicable Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs).
  • Administer one-time payments, including interim pay, retention bonuses, and ad-hoc adjustments, in line with policy guidelines.
  • Coordinate with Human Resources Technical Services (HRTS) to test and validate system updates related to compensation programs.
  • Support annual compensation planning by compiling market data, updating tools, and preparing documentation.
  • Conduct job evaluations and market benchmarking under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Perform compensation analyses and audits as assigned, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
  • Participate in compensation surveys and assist with analyzing results to support market competitiveness.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience using Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and analysis in a professional or shared services environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel functions, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and formulas for compensation analysis.
  • Experience working with HRIS systems (preferably Workday).
  • Solid understanding of compensation concepts such as base pay, salary ranges, job evaluation, and market pricing.
  • Ability to work with and interpret large datasets to inform compensation decisions.
  • General knowledge of labor laws and compensation compliance.
  • Familiarity with compensation survey platforms (e.g., Payfactors) and basic reporting practices.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting compensation programs in a global or enterprise-level organization.
  • Involvement in annual salary planning or compensation cycle activities.
  • Exposure to system testing, implementation, or configuration in HRIS or compensation tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
