Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding new talent
  • Administer employee relations, ensuring a harmonious and productive work environment
  • Handle payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws
  • Assist in training and development programs
  • Maintain accurate HR records and reports
  • Support performance management initiatives
  • Promote employee engagement and wellness programs

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
  • Proven experience as an HR Specialist or similar role
  • Highly knowledgeable in all facets of the HR operations (recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relations, performance management, records management, etc)
  • Updated with the current updates on SSS, Philhealth & Pagibig
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Willing to work in Taguig
  • Can start asap
  • Prefers to work onsite, 6 days a week
