Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, or a related field
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in HR Payroll
- Proficient in end-to-end payroll processing, monthly statutory remittances, and final pay computation
- Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems is an advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Track and record employee attendance, work hours, and applicable deductions
- Prepare and process payroll, ensuring accurate and timely issuance of payslips
- Manage government-mandated remittances and ensure compliance with reporting requirements
- Assist employees with payroll and benefits-related inquiries
- Administer employee benefits, including enrollment, claims processing, and coordination with benefit providers
- Maintain accurate HR and payroll records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
- Support HR initiatives, such as employee onboarding, offboarding, and performance-related processes
- Generate reports and analytics related to payroll, attendance, and benefits for management review
