U.S. Compensation Specialists manage employee pay structures, analyze market data, and ensure compliance with compensation policies. They handle tasks like job evaluations, salary adjustments, and survey participation using tools such as Excel and HRIS systems.
Key Responsibilities
Professionals in this role respond to compensation inquiries via platforms like ServiceNow, process adjustments per collective bargaining agreements (CBAs), and administer one-time payments. They support annual salary planning by compiling market data, conduct job evaluations and benchmarking under supervision, and assist with audits and surveys.
Required Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is mandatory, along with 3+ years of Excel experience (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas) in a global shared services setting. Familiarity with HRIS like Workday, compensation basics (base pay, ranges), data analysis, labor laws, and tools like Payfactors is essential.
Preferred Skills
Advanced proficiency in reporting, documentation, and quantitative data interpretation stands out. Experience coordinating with HR technical services for system testing and understanding compliance basics enhances candidacy.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php35, Php45,000.00 per month
