The Corporate Sales Representative develops and manages sales accounts by understanding client requirements, preparing proposals, and delivering customized furniture solutions. The role involves generating leads, conducting presentations, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with internal teams for order fulfillment. The representative ensures high levels of customer satisfaction and contributes to the company's growth through proactive and strategic selling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential corporate clients such as offices, hotels, schools, and institutions
  • Promote and present company products, furniture lines, and design solutions to clients
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations tailored to client needs
  • Negotiate sales terms and close business deals to achieve sales goals
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service
  • Coordinate with design, logistics, and production teams to ensure timely delivery and quality assurance
  • Attend trade shows, events, and exhibitions to represent the company and attract new clients
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Interior Design, or related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales or account management (preferably B2B or furniture industry)
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Goal-oriented, persuasive, and self-motivated
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities
  • Can work independently and handle multiple accounts at once
  • Willing to travel or conduct fieldwork when required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
