Join Sunlight Air as a Sales Executive – Cebu, where you will handle B2B sales and extend our market reach. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle B2B sales function for Sunlight Air Distribution.
- Pursue major prospects and lead major negotiations constructing appropriate terms of sales.
- Responsible for the sales activity of the organization inclusive of the following functions: sales distributions, supply and control, quality assurance, and sales administration.
- Establish the sales objectives, policies, standards, and schedules to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure the establishment and development of relationship between the organization and its channels.
- Regularly lead important sales initiatives.
- Has accountability for the function and provide high level of advice and recommendations to the Top Management.
- Achieve an agreed level of incremental revenue by promoting new routers, unplanned routes, and increased capacity.
- Work on assigned territory to identify business opportunities.
- Create meaningful sales presentations using PowerPoint during product updates, sales call/bidding for groups.
- Maintain customer relationships long after the initial sales.
- Recruit reliable, trustworthy, and potential travel agency (TA) partners.
- Do product updates to educate customers about terminology, features, and benefits of products in order to improve product related sales and customer satisfaction.
- Continue to engage with direct corporate accounts, including pharmaceutical firms, banks, universities, LGUs, MICE, etc.
- Represent company at trade associations meeting to promote Sunlight Air and its products.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess Bachelor's/College degree.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the aviation, travel, or hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse team and independently
- Willingness to travel as needed.
