About the role

Corporate Visions Inc is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-service oriented individual to join our dynamic team as a Sales Account Representative. This full-time role will be based in Cebu, Central Visayas and will involve handling inbound sales calls, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our business.

What you'll be doing

  1. Answering inbound sales calls and providing professional, courteous customer service
  2. Assisting customers with product and service inquiries, place orders, and resolve any issues
  3. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  4. Identifying up-sell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth
  5. Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to implement effective strategies
  6. Participating in ongoing training to stay up-to-date with products, services, and best practices

What we're looking for

  1. Proven customer service experience, preferably in a call centre or sales environment
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think on your feet
  4. Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records
  5. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is an advantage
  6. A positive attitude and a genuine desire to exceed customer expectations
