About the role

As a Mandarin Sales Associate at N&M Staffing Services', you will play a crucial role in driving sales and building strong relationships with clients who require Mandarin language capabilities. This is a full-time position based in Tondo, Manila City, Metro Manila. You will be responsible for identifying and capitalising on sales opportunities, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the business.

What you'll be doing

  1. Actively prospecting and identifying new sales leads through various channels
  2. Conducting sales presentations and negotiations to secure new business
  3. Maintaining and nurturing existing client relationships through regular communication and providing excellent service
  4. Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets
  5. Providing accurate and timely reporting on sales activities and performance
  6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions for clients
  7. Staying up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 6months of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in the staffing or recruitment industry
  2. Fluency in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken- Hokien and Fukien
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively negotiate with clients
  4. Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  5. Problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome challenges
  6. Excellent time management and organisational skills
  7. A driven and results-oriented mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
