About the role

DL Public Relations' is seeking an experienced PR Manager - Mandarin to join our team in Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that will play a key role in managing the company's public relations activities and brand reputation across the Asia-Pacific region, with a particular focus on Mandarin-speaking markets.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and executing strategic PR campaigns to elevate the company's brand and profile in key markets
  • Managing media relations, including building and maintaining relationships with Mandarin-language media outlets and journalists
  • Drafting and distributing press releases, bylined articles, and other PR content in Mandarin
  • Organising media events, press conferences, and other PR activities
  • Monitoring media coverage and providing regular reports on the company's PR performance
  • Identifying and seizing opportunities to showcase the company's expertise and thought leadership
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with the marketing, content, and social media teams

What we're looking for

  • At least 5 years of experience in public relations, preferably in the marketing and communications industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin
  • Strong media relations skills and experience securing high-profile media coverage
  • Proficiency in developing and executing integrated PR campaigns
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively to drive brand awareness and reputation
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
