Role: Mandarin & English Speaking Finance Manager

Set-up: On-site (Office is in Pasay)

Salary: Up to 300K monthly

Requirements: 

  • 5 years of experience in finance
  • 2 years of experience in team management

Responsibilities: 

  • Assist the accounting supervisor in charge of the company's financial accounting work
  • Responsible for financial accounting, audit and supervision work, in accordance with the requirements of the company and relevant government departments to prepare various financial statements and submit to the relevant departments in a timely manner
  • Responsible for the collection, storage and confidentiality of various financial information and files
  • Responsible for the audit of staff reimbursement expenses, the preparation of vouchers and the registration of accounts
  • Responsible for the timely preparation of bookkeeping vouchers for the original vouchers that have been audited and bookkeeping
  • Responsible for monthly cash flow forecasting, costing and preparation of forecasting reports
  • Responsible for managing and supervising the work of cashiers
  • To complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor as scheduled
