About the role

DL Public Relations is seeking a highly proficient Bilingual Specialist (Mandarin Speaker) to join our dynamic team in Pasay City, Metro Manila. As a full-time member of our organisation, you will play a crucial role in bridging the communication gap between our clients and their Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

What you'll be doing

1. Providing seamless interpretation and translation services between English and Mandarin for client meetings, presentations, and correspondence
2. Assisting with the preparation of bilingual marketing materials, reports, and other key documents
3. Liaising with Mandarin-speaking clients to understand their needs and requirements
4. Collaborating with the wider team to ensure effective communication and project delivery
5. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in bilingual communication

What we're looking for

1. Fluency in both English and Mandarin, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar bilingual specialist or interpretation/translation role
3. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
4. Excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills
5. Familiarity with the public relations industry and its communication requirements
6. A collaborative and adaptable mindset, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
