
Finance and Tax Specialist

Basic requirements:
- At least 2 years experienced on Tax/Finance related works, relevant industry experience is a plus
- Educational background in Tax/Accounting or relevant sectors
- Responsible, fast learner, and team player, self-motivated
- English & Tagalog as work language, Mandarin is a plus but not requirement
Key Roles and Responsibilities
1.Finance Operations and Reporting
Perform daily cash reconciliations for retail stores; investigate and resolve discrepancies within 24 hours
Establish and maintain contract ledgers, connecting with suppliers for financial and tax matters (obtain BIR information, feedback withholding tax record, etc.)
Preparation of sales-related CI/PI and entry/issuance of VAT invoices if relevant
Daily voucher/invoices receiving, registration, summarizing and payment processing, application in internal system, establishment and maintenance of invoice/payables ledger
In charge of local entity book-keeping
Monthly inventory checks and record the inventory balance
2.Tax and Entity Compliance
Preparation, review and filing of tax declaration data (including but not limited to withholding income tax - 0619E/F, VAT - 2550Q, CIT-1702Q/RT, employee tax - 1601C etc.)
Assistance with preparing local tax related documents (transfer-pricing, availment of incentives, etc.); obtain sign-off from HQ Tax Team before implementation.
Management of VAT input and output, analysis and adjustment of accounting and tax differences
In charge of incorporation / renewal / amendment applications for new retail companies or branches with SEC, LGUs, BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG.
Company seal/signature/license/document management. Other tasks assigned by company.
The role combines hands-on transactional processing with strategic tax planning and entity-level governance ensuring full alignment with both Philippine regulations and global group policies. Support from Headquarter and agency resource could be leveraged.
