About the role

This is a full-time Finance Coordinator (Mandarin) role at DL Public Relations' office in Pasay City, Metro Manila. You will be playing a key part in the financial operations of the company, with responsibilities spanning accounting, reporting and stakeholder management. Your fluency in Mandarin will be a significant asset as you liaise with the company's regional offices in China.

What you'll be doing

  • Prepare and process financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger entries
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements, management reports and other ad-hoc financial analyses
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies to ensure accuracy of financial records
  • Liaise with regional offices in China to collate and consolidate financial data
  • Support the Finance team with administrative tasks and special projects as required

What we're looking for

  • 1-3 years of hands-on experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in a professional services environment
  • Proficient in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Proficient in using financial software and MS Office applications
  • Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance or a related field
