We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Lead SharePoint Developer to take ownership of our enterprise SharePoint environment and lead the development of scalable, secure, and user-friendly solutions. This role is ideal for professionals who combine deep technical expertise with strong leadership and collaboration skills to deliver impactful digital workplace experiences.

As the Lead SharePoint Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining SharePoint Online and on-premise solutions, including custom applications, workflows, and integrations with Microsoft 365 and Power Platform. You will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and end-users to translate requirements into effective solutions that enhance productivity and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and customization of SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, and web parts.
  • Design and implement workflows using Power Automate and SharePoint Designer.
  • Develop solutions using SPFx, REST APIs, JavaScript, and Power Apps.
  • Integrate SharePoint with Microsoft 365 tools and third-party systems.
  • Ensure platform security, performance, and compliance with governance standards.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
  • Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Maintain documentation and support ongoing platform enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in SharePoint development, including SharePoint Online and Server.
  • Proficiency in SPFx, Power Automate, Power Apps, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and REST APIs.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 integration and Azure services.
  • Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, permissions, and governance.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Php150, Php200,000.00 per month
