We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Lead CRM Developer to take ownership of our customer relationship management (CRM) systems and lead the development of scalable, secure, and user-centric solutions. This role is ideal for professionals who excel in CRM architecture, customization, and integration, and are passionate about enhancing customer engagement through technology.

As the Lead CRM Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining CRM platforms—such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or equivalent—while collaborating with cross-functional teams to align CRM capabilities with business goals. You will lead technical development, oversee system enhancements, and ensure seamless integration with other enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of CRM solutions and customizations.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Integrate CRM systems with internal platforms, APIs, and third-party tools.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across CRM environments.
  • Optimize system performance and user experience through continuous improvements.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to CRM developers and support teams.
  • Document architecture, workflows, and development standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in CRM development, with expertise in platforms such as Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or similar.
  • Strong proficiency in CRM customization, plugin development, workflows, and integrations.
  • Experience with REST APIs, JavaScript, C#, or Apex (depending on platform).
  • Familiarity with cloud environments (Azure, AWS) and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Php150, Php200,000.00 per month
