We are seeking an experienced and innovative Lead Agiloft Developer to spearhead the design, development, and optimization of our contract lifecycle management (CLM) solutions within the Agiloft platform. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on technical expertise, strong leadership skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into efficient, scalable, and user-friendly solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end design, configuration, and customization of Agiloft workflows, rules, fields, and user interfaces.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between Agiloft and other enterprise systems via APIs, scripts, and connectors.
  • Optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements for improved user experience and system reliability.
  • Establish and enforce development best practices, coding standards, and quality assurance protocols.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering skill growth and collaborative team culture.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and priorities while communicating progress to stakeholders.
  • Conduct user training, create documentation, and provide post-deployment support.
  • Stay current with Agiloft updates, industry trends, and CLM best practices to drive innovation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 7+ years of experience in Agiloft development, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role.
  • Strong expertise in Agiloft configuration, scripting, and workflow automation.
  • Proficiency in API integration, database management, and system architecture.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with contract management processes and compliance requirements preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Php150, Php200,000.00 per month
