Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-driven Power BI Developer to join our team. This role will focus on Power BI report development, dashboard continuity, and data governance. You will work closely with stakeholders to transform business requirements into actionable insights, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and reliability in reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and maintain existing Power BI reports and dashboards
  • Develop new reports and dashboards from business requirements
  • Engage directly with stakeholders to gather requirements and design effective data models
  • Build and manage relationships between data sets (Power BI / SQL)
  • Perform DAX queries and functions in Power BI
  • Import, cleanse, and transform data from on-premise and cloud sources
  • Review and validate reports with stakeholders to ensure business objectives are met
  • Apply governance practices, including report documentation, security, communication, and user training

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 4+ years' experience in Power BI development
  • Strong proficiency in Power BI Desktop and Power BI Report Builder (commonly known as Paginated Reports or SSRS) or equivalent SSRS development experience is essential.
  • Skilled in DAX and SQL querying
  • Experience with Power Query for data cleansing and transformation
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Fabric, or SharePoint (a plus, but not required)
  • Microsoft certifications in data analysis (preferred but not required)
  • Strong UI/design skills for intuitive and user-friendly reports
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and English communication skills
  • Ability to gather and interpret requirements directly from stakeholders
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under strict timelines.
  • Willing to work in the office full-time at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City. (Monday-Friday, 7:30AM to 4:30PM)
