Job Overview:

We are seeking for a highly skilled Java Script Developer/Systems Administrator to support our client in the migration of forms from TrueContext to Team Forms ), including the replication of form logic, layout, and data outputs. You will also be responsible for mapping form submissions to Excel templates and automating workflows using Power Automate, integrating seamlessly with SharePoint and other systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Migrate digital forms from TrueContext to Team Forms ), ensuring accurate replication and enhanced usability where applicable.
• Design and build automated workflows using Power Automate, including flow creation, JSON handling, and seamless integration with SharePoint and Excel.
• Map form submissions to structured Excel templates for data output and reporting.
• Develop and validate forms using Team Forms ), incorporating field calculations, validations, and layout configuration.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather and interpret functional requirements and business process insights.
• Perform ongoing error handling and optimization of workflows to enhance performance and reliability.
• Manage attachments (e.g., photos, signatures) within automated flows.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related technical field
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in JavaScript programming and Power Automate, including flow creation, JSON handling, and integration with SharePoint and Excel.
• Proven expertise in JavaScript for implementing form logic and scripting.
• Hands-on experience with Power Automate for designing automated workflows, including flow creation and JSON handling.
• Strong working knowledge of integrating SharePoint and Excel within automated systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• High level of accountability and adherence to policies and standards
• Willing to work full-time in the office located at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City (Monday-Friday, 7AM-4PM).
