e are seeking a forward-thinking and technically skilled Senior Developer (Digital Knowledge Management) to lead the development and optimization of digital platforms that support enterprise knowledge sharing, collaboration, and content accessibility. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about transforming how organizations capture, manage, and deliver knowledge through intelligent systems and user-centric design.

As a Senior Developer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining digital knowledge management solutions using modern technologies and frameworks. You will work closely with content owners, business analysts, and IT teams to design scalable platforms that integrate with intranet portals, search engines, document repositories, and collaboration tools. Your work will enable employees to access accurate, timely, and relevant information that supports decision-making and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop digital knowledge management systems and tools.
  • Integrate content repositories, metadata frameworks, and enterprise search capabilities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Implement automation and AI-driven features to enhance content discovery and relevance.
  • Ensure platform scalability, security, and compliance with governance standards.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
  • Monitor system performance and continuously improve user experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in software development, preferably in knowledge management or content systems.
  • Proficiency in web development technologies (e.g., JavaScript, React, .NET), APIs, and cloud platforms.
  • Experience with enterprise content management systems (e.g., SharePoint, Confluence) and search technologies.
  • Strong understanding of metadata, taxonomy, and information architecture.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Php80, Php140,000.00 per month
