We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Lead SharePoint Architect to drive the design, development, and governance of our enterprise SharePoint environment. This role is ideal for professionals who excel in architecting scalable, secure, and user-centric collaboration platforms that support business productivity and digital transformation.

As the Lead SharePoint Architect, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end architecture of SharePoint Online and on-premise environments, including integration with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and third-party systems. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and developers to deliver solutions that meet organizational needs while ensuring performance, compliance, and usability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement SharePoint architecture, including site structures, content types, workflows, and governance models.
  • Lead migration projects from legacy systems to SharePoint Online.
  • Develop integration strategies with Microsoft 365 apps, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Teams.
  • Establish and enforce best practices for security, permissions, and content lifecycle management.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to SharePoint developers and administrators.
  • Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and disaster recovery readiness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in SharePoint architecture and development.
  • Deep expertise in SharePoint Online, SharePoint Server, and Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
  • Strong understanding of Power Platform, Azure services, and enterprise integration.
  • Experience with governance, compliance, and security frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Php180, Php220,000.00 per month
