Talent Acquisition Specialist – Remote

Location: Fully Remote

Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time

Industry: Multi-brand / Professional Services

Experience Required: 3–5+ years in recruitment or talent acquisition

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for multiple positions simultaneously.
  • Create, post, and monitor job advertisements across various platforms.
  • Conduct resume reviews, phone screenings, and initial interviews.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and maintain clear communication with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles.
  • Update ATS / recruitment tracking tools and maintain accurate candidate records.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and selection criteria.
  • Provide regular recruitment progress updates, metrics, and insights.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Support employer branding and talent outreach activities.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced, multi-role environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple job requisitions and priorities at once.
  • Strong communication skills with confidence in candidate engagement.
  • Solid knowledge of modern sourcing strategies and recruitment tools.
  • Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Proficiency with ATS or CRM systems (Zoho Recruit advantageous but not essential).
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php45, Php55,000.00 per month
