We're Hiring: Structural Designer

Location: Cebu City and Metro Manila

We are looking for a Structural Designer with strong technical expertise in designing, analyzing, and preparing structural systems for vertical construction projects. The ideal candidate is a Civil Engineering or Architecture graduate with proven experience in structural design, analysis, and coordination for high-rise or large-scale projects.

This role plays a critical part in ensuring the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of project structures while collaborating closely with architects, project managers, and other engineering disciplines.

Key Responsibilities (Core Functions):
  • Structural Design & Analysis – Prepare structural designs, drawings, and analysis for vertical construction projects using industry-standard software.
  • Coordination & Compliance – Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and project requirements.
  • Quality Assurance & Documentation – Ensure accuracy of drawings, specifications, and design reports while supporting QA/QC processes.
Core Competencies:
  • Graduate of Civil Engineering or Architecture (licensed engineer preferred).
  • Strong proficiency in structural design software (STAAD, ETABS, SAP2000, AutoCAD, Revit).
  • In-depth knowledge of structural standards, codes, and construction practices.
  • High analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams.
