About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Structural Designer who has intensive years of proven expertise in designing and analyzing structural systems for mid-rise and high-rise construction projects.

This role is exclusively open to professionals who have established careers in structural design, analysis, and engineering, ensuring strength, stability, and safety in every project. The successful candidate will be instrumental in delivering structurally sound and code-compliant design solutions while collaborating with architects, engineers, and project teams.

Core Functions:
  • Structural Design & Analysis – Lead the preparation, review, and approval of structural design drawings, calculations, and technical documentation.
  • Coordination & Collaboration – Work closely with architects, project managers, and construction teams to ensure seamless integration of structural systems into overall project design.
  • Compliance & Technical Review – Ensure all structural designs comply with building codes, safety standards, and client specifications while optimizing efficiency and cost.
Core Competencies:
  • Graduate of Civil Engineering (Licensed Engineer preferred).
  • 7–10 years of intensive experience in structural design for vertical construction projects.
  • Expertise in design software such as ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD, SAFE, AutoCAD, and Tekla.
  • Strong knowledge of local and international building codes and structural standards.
  • Ability to review, validate, and approve technical drawings and calculations with precision.

Qualifications:
  • Licensed Civil Engineer (required).
  • At least 7–10 years of exclusive experience in structural design of vertical construction projects.
  • Proven track record of structural design for mid-rise and high-rise projects.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and technical review skills.
  • Ability to lead structural design discussions and provide expert recommendations.
