The Business Development Associate (Retail) is responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining relationships with retail partners, clients, and stakeholders. This role focuses on expanding business opportunities, increasing sales, and supporting the company's growth strategy within the retail sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the retail industry.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with retail partners and stakeholders.
  • Assist in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential clients.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts for potential retail clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, HR, finance) to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing accounts and recommend improvements.
  • Attend client meetings, trade shows, and retail events to promote company services.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client communications in CRM or tracking tools.
  • Provide regular reports to management on business development activities and progress.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client relations (retail industry preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with CRM tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Goal-driven, proactive, and customer-focused.

Rate : 25,000 per month
