About the role

As a Project Development Associate at Megaworld Corporation, you will play a crucial role in the strategic planning and implementation of the company's real estate and property development projects. In this full-time position based in Taguig City, Metro Manila, you will be responsible for supporting the successful delivery of new and ongoing developments within the retail and property sectors.

What you'll be doing

  1. Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of property development projects from conception to completion
  2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the real estate and retail industries
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive project plans, budgets, and timelines
  4. Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
  5. Support the preparation and presentation of project proposals, reports, and other documentation
  6. Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative property solutions and strategies
  7. Liaise with external stakeholders, such as contractors, suppliers, and regulatory authorities, to ensure smooth project delivery

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in real estate, property management, or a related field
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in project management or property development
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  5. Proficient in the use of project management software and other relevant tools
  6. Familiarity with real estate and property development regulations and best practices
  7. Eager to learn, adapt, and take on challenges in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
