Job Title: Associate Developer (FOR POOLING)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and eager-to-learn Associate Developer to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with senior developers to grow your technical skills and contribute to building and maintaining software solutions. You will assist in writing clean and efficient code, debugging issues, and collaborating on projects to meet business requirements. This position is ideal for fresh graduates with a foundational understanding of programming concepts who are passionate about developing their expertise in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in writing, testing, and maintaining code for new and existing software applications.
  • Collaborate with senior developers in designing and implementing software solutions.
  • Debug and troubleshoot issues to ensure efficient and reliable systems.
  • Participate in code reviews and team discussions to enhance code quality.
  • Continuously learn and improve technical skills in alignment with project requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Open to fresh graduates; prior internship or project-based experience is an advantage.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in SQL scripting, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Knowledge in Web Development.
  • Familiarity with OutSystems (preferred but not required).
  • Certifications: OutSystems Reactive Web Certification (a plus).

  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work well in a collaborative environment.
