• Facilitate coordination and collaboration with Internal Teams: With the guidance from B D Manager, work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, produ ct development, and legal, to ensure successful portfolio management, partnership imp lementation and activation programs.


• Support in facilitating technical and commercial due diligence activities to ensure comp liance with contractual obligations and company policies.


• Aid in Relationship Management: Build, maintain and sustain strong relationships with e xisting and new partners and member association.


• Collect, maintain and assist in the review, evaluation and preparation of Performance R eport: Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on BD outcomes and KPIs.


• Ensure readiness and availability of an active and updated portfolio accessible across t he commercial team of the organization.


• Approach and make initial contact or due diligence with external partners/channels/cou nterparts in line with the implementation of business development strategies to suppor t business and meet organizational goals for new business and existing clients.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline and optimize business processe s.


• From time to time, he/she may act as a main point of contact for internal stakeholders r esponsible for revenue generation from new business to existing accounts.


• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related field. MBA is a plus.


• At-least 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the outsourcing industry and B2B landscape.


• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultane ously.


• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite and CRM Software.
