Job Scope:

  • In charge of the overall daily operations of the restaurant to ensure a seamless and efficient dining experience for customers.
  • The role will supervise, coordinate and manage front-of-house and back-of-house operations which involves planning schedules, monitoring inventory, handling customer feedback and implementing operational and marketing strategies to improve profitability and brand reputation.

Qualifications:

  • Supervisory experience of at least five (5) years or managerial experience of at least three (3) years in a related field or in a similar role.
  • Minimum of four (4) to six (6) years' experience in restaurant or hospitality management.
  • Proven experience in customer service and staff supervision.
  • Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and restaurant management system.
  • Experience within the restaurant, golf, resort or luxury hospitality industries is preferred.
