Looking for F&B Manager

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel & Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Diploma or certification in Food & Beverage or Culinary Management (an advantage if no degree).

Experience

  • Minimum 5–7 years of progressive experience in Food & Beverage operations, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Proven experience in managing restaurants, bars, banquets, or catering operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle budgeting, cost control, and revenue management.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and guest service skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, ISO, or local health codes).
  • Ability to create and execute F&B promotions and marketing initiatives.
  • Financial acumen (P&L analysis, forecasting, cost optimization).
  • Problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Proficiency in F&B management software and MS Office.
