Job Summary:

The Restaurant Manager oversees all daily operations to ensure high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and profitability. The position is responsible for managing staff, controlling costs, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the restaurant team.
  • Monitor food quality, service, and sanitation standards.
  • Prepare and analyze sales, labor, and expense reports.
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and ordering of stock.
  • Handle customer concerns and feedback professionally.
  • Coordinate with HR, Finance, and Operations for compliance and reporting.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and government regulations.
  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the Operations Director or Executive Committee.
