Job Summary:

The Restaurant Supervisor supports the Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring team performance, and maintaining excellent customer service.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Supervise restaurant staff during shift operations.
  • Ensure smooth service flow and high-quality customer experience.
  • Monitor attendance, timekeeping, and staff discipline.
  • Coordinate kitchen and service teams for efficiency.
  • Ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and compliance with company standards.
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints promptly.
  • Prepare shift reports and assist in inventory checking.
  • Assist in training and onboarding of new staff.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager or Operations Director.
