We're Hiring: Account Executive

Karou Creative Group is looking for a driven and dynamic Account Executive to join our growing team If you love building client relationships, turning bold ideas into campaigns with real impact, and working in a fast-paced creative environment, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

  • Support and grow client relationships as a trusted partner.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns from kickoff to completion.
  • Collaborate closely with creative, strategy, and production teams to ensure projects meet client goals.
  • Help manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables with attention to detail.
  • Contribute to proposals, presentations, and new business development efforts.
  • Monitor campaign performance and generate reports with insights for optimization.

What We're Looking For:

  • 1–2 years of experience in account management, marketing, or client services. Agency experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • A creative mindset with a passion for brand-building and storytelling.
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
