Job description:
BASIC FUNCTION
The Administrative Staff will join the team in providing administrative support, mainly, filling and preparation of all bid documents.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review documents to ensure compliance with established pass/fail criteria.
- Prepare post-qualification documents in accordance with procurement requirements.
- Assist in the monitoring and management of postings and updates on PhilGEPS.
- Prepare bidding documents, including all required eligibility and legal documentation.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the company as needed.
- Coordinate and ensure timely submission of bid documents.
- Perform other related tasks and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must possess a degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong skills in data entry, reporting, and administrative writing.
- Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs and maintain a strong customer focus.
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Proven professionalism and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience in the preparation of bidding documents is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
