About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised Operations Assistant/Customer Service to join our growing team in Cagayan de Oro Misamis Oriental. This full-time role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting our day-to-day operations.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Handling inbound customer enquiries and providing prompt and efficient assistance
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating customer information in our database
  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services
  • Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management
  • Providing general support to the operations team as needed

What We're Looking For

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers and colleagues in a professional and friendly manner
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Proficient in using standard office software (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite)
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
