Job Summary:

The Executive Assistant to the CEO (Marketing Track) provides high-level administrative support to the CEO and serves as a vital team member in strategic initiatives, especially in marketing and brand growth. This role is designed as a dual-track opportunity: while offering support to the CEO, you will also be trained through structured exposure and mentorship to transition into a Marketing Manager/Officer role. You will contribute to brand development, promotional execution, and community engagement while learning the ropes from the top.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Assistance

  • Calendar & Scheduling: Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel plans.
  • Communication Gatekeeping: Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications directed to the CEO, ensuring messages are prioritized and responded to in a timely, professional manner.
  • Document Preparation: Create presentations, draft reports, take meeting minutes, and manage confidential documents.
  • Meeting & Project Support: Organize executive meetings, prepare agendas, track action items, and assist with high-impact projects.
  • Follow-Through: Ensure prompt follow-ups and execution of the CEO's directives across departments.

Marketing Preparation & Exposure

  • Brand Learning: Gain in-depth knowledge of Demetrio's brand story, customer profile, and core product offerings.
  • Campaign Support: Assist the CEO and marketing team in planning and executing campaigns, store events, and online promotions.
  • Content & Communication: Help craft internal and customer-facing communication materials — including social media, digital assets, and promotional content.
  • Market Research: Conduct competitor analysis, customer feedback collection, and basic research to support strategy formulation.
  • Store-Level Insight: Participate in on-ground activations and promotions to understand diner behavior and campaign impact.
  • Marketing Operations: Learn how to measure campaign ROI, track KPIs, and collaborate with design, operations, and digital partners.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php12,000.00 per month
