Administrative Associate

The Administrative Associate provides essential clerical, administrative, and organizational support to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations. This role is responsible for handling documentation, coordinating office activities, assisting with reports, and supporting management and departmental needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general office duties including filing, scanning, organizing documents, and managing correspondence.
- Prepare and process reports, memos, forms, and internal communications.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications (emails, calls, notices, requests).
- Maintain office supplies, inventory, and ensure availability of workplace materials.
- Support scheduling of meetings, bookings, and coordination of logistics.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and data summaries.
- Maintain employee and department records with confidentiality.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external partners as needed.
- Process requests for approvals, reimbursements, permits, and administrative forms.
- Provide assistance during company events, activities, and special projects.
- Uphold company policies and contribute to a well-organized office environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Office Administration, or any related field.
- At least 1 year experience in administrative or office support role (fresh graduates may be considered).
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
- Trustworthy, proactive, and capable of handling confidential information.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15, Php17,000.00 per month
