Are you a detail-oriented researcher with hands-on experience using BCI Central? This role offers the opportunity to support business development efforts by identifying high-quality project leads in the construction and infrastructure sectors. It's not about chasing hundreds of cold contacts, your focus will be on surfacing a handful of top-tier opportunities each week that truly align with business goals.

You will work closely with a Business Development team to track project pipelines, map key accounts, and initiate smart, professional outreach to decision-makers. From commercial buildings to large-scale water infrastructure projects, your research will help generate real opportunities and contribute directly to revenue growth and strategic expansion.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Business Development Support, Sales/Market Research Analyst, or a similar role
  • Proven experience using BCI Central to track and research active and upcoming projects.
  • Strong market research and account mapping skills, particularly in construction and infrastructure.
  • Excellent written communication, with confidence in drafting outreach emails and initial contact messages.
  • Highly organised with strong admin/CRM skills, including accurate data entry and reporting.
  • Willingness to work Australasian shift hours
  • Willingness to work in or relocate to Angeles City
