Position Title: LinkedIn Lead Generation Specialist
Work Set-up: Hybrid /4 days in office, 1-day WFH
Schedule: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm AWST
Salary Range: 1-2 years, 35k-45k pesos
2-3 years 45-55k pesos

We are looking for a highly proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to support the sales outreach efforts of a growing IT consulting business. This role is focused on identifying and engaging potential clients via LinkedIn Premium, using a structured outreach process designed to book 15-minute discovery calls with the business owner. The ideal candidate is confident in written communication, skilled in prospecting and follow-up, and driven by clear outcomes and measurable results.
Your Responsibilities as an Lead Generation Specialist would be:

• Confirm and understand the target company profiles (provided by the client).

• Conduct research to identify potential clients who fit these profiles.

• Build lead lists using LinkedIn Premium's advanced search and filtering.

• Execute outreach sequences using templated messaging workflows.

• Message prospects professionally via LinkedIn with the goal of booking 15-minute calls.

• Track all outreach activity, including sent messages, follow-ups, response status, and lead outcomes using a structured tracking system or CRM.

• Maintain clear records to support KPI measurement and to monitor the status of both active and dormant leads.

• Notify the client immediately when a prospect responds to arrange the meeting.

• Maintain organized records of prospect status and notes.

• Adjust focus as needed when urgent outreach campaigns arise.

• Book 1–2 discovery calls per week to start, with expectations to grow this number to 2–3 calls per week (8–12 per month) as you gain familiarity with the client, market, and messaging.

• Optionally support client outreach for recruitment sales, identifying companies hiring for roles aligned with the candidate pool.

• Ensure a high response and conversion rate through quality outreach and lead management.

• Maintain a clean, categorized, and actionable outreach tracker to monitor progress against KPIs and support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications as an Lead Generation Specialist:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is strongly preferred.

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in B2B lead generation, sales outreach, or similar roles.

• Familiarity with LinkedIn Premium features, including advanced search, messaging, and profile tracking.

• Excellent written English communication.

• Experience with consulting, IT services, or professional service industries is a plus.

• Highly organized, with the ability to track multiple prospects and stages.

• Comfortable working independently and prioritizing tasks based on urgency.

• Knowledge of CRM tools or similar tracking platforms is desirable.
