The client designs and manufactures high-quality hard landscaping systems, specialising in Raised Planters and Timber Seating for extraordinary landscape projects, across urban spaces, public realm schemes, and architectural developments.

You will be required to identify and research project opportunities and load them onto the CRM system with all relevant information. You will be setting follow up tasks for the rest of the team. You will need to navigate planning portals, alongside other industry resources to locate project drawings and establishing whether the project has requirements for products within the company's product parameters.

Key responsibilities

  • Load 40 new projects per week
  • Keep up with incoming research requests from the team
  • Maintain an accurate and clean pipeline full of relevant data

Requirements

  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Persistence
  • Experience with CRM or ERP systems (internal data base) and research internet techniques / tech literacy
  • Basic understanding and ability to read construction specification drawings, general business awareness
  • Work closely with team to ensure consistency of data entry requires strong communication skills
  • Self-motivated, organised, and responsive with a competitive streak — able to manage time independently while working remotely.
  • Prior B2B construction research experience an advantage but not essential
