Key Responsibilities

1. Affiliate Management & Outreach

  • Recruitment: Identify and recruit new affiliates and content creators whose audience aligns with our brand's target market.
  • Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact, negotiating collaboration terms to ensure positive, brand-consistent relationships.
  • Campaign Coordination: Brainstorm content ideas and provide affiliates with necessary marketing materials (banners, links, product samples).

2. In-House Livestream Management (New Focus)

  • Talent Acquisition: Lead the hiring process for new in-house live streamers.
  • Scheduling & Admin: Set weekly/monthly schedules and strictly monitor the attendance and punctuality of live sellers.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze the performance of in-house streamers (views, engagement, conversion rates) and provide constructive feedback to improve results.

3. Social Media & Content Strategy

  • Content Creation: Create and schedule engaging content across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Shopee.
  • Community Management: Facilitate social media communities by starting discussions and responding to inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Trend Analysis: specific Monitor competitor activity and identify consumer trends to stay ahead of the curve.

4. Strategy & Reporting

  • Strategic Planning: Craft high-level strategies for the affiliate channel, including setting goals, allocating budgets, and exploring new partnership opportunities.
  • Reporting: Compile and present reports on campaign performance, livestream metrics, and affiliate progress to upper management.
