Regional Sales Head

Job Summary
The Regional Sales Head (In-house Sales) is responsible for driving corporate sales targets and acts as the primary manager overseeing residential projects in the assigned region.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee and drive the achievement of corporate sales targets.
- Manage residential projects within the assigned territory.
- Allocate the annual sales operating budget and resources to support tactical plans and programs.
- Consistently achieve required sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Develop and recommend innovative sales programs and incentive packages.
- Efficiently manage cost-to-sales ratios within established standards.
- Lead broker recruitment, development, and maintain an adequate number of active and productive sellers.
- Mentor and develop Sales Supervisors to enhance team competency.
- Conduct strategic planning sessions, seminars, and specialized training for brokers and their sales teams.
- Evaluate the performance of In-house sellers regularly, implementing measures to improve and achieve sales targets.
- Hold regular plenary and one-on-one meetings with sellers to review weekly sales and marketing performance, provide updates, and address project, process, and operational issues.
- Direct all sales and marketing activities from planning through execution.
- Guide and motivate the In-house Sales team to meet assigned sales goals.
- Monitor sellers' performance on a quarterly, semiannual, and annual basis for awards and recognition.
- Provide market intelligence and competitor activity updates to the division head during departmental meetings.
- Manage and oversee sales bookings, documentation, and operational performance.
- Prepare sales and marketing management reports, providing post-activity analysis and recommendations to improve operations and ensure sales delivery.
Qualifications
- Graduate of Bachelor's degree in any business-related course, preferably with a major in Marketing
- With at least five (5) to eight (8) years of experience in Real Estate Sales & Marketing, with a significant portion in a managerial capacity
- With a wide network of brokers/sellers
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills
