Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Marketing Management, Real Estate Management of any business-related course
  • With at least one (1) year experience in the field of Real Estate, but fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
  • Must be willing to work at our Cebu Office (Good Shepherd Road, Banawa Brgy. Guadalupe, Cebu City)

Your Role as a Broker Coordinator

1. Account Management

  • Assists sellers both Cebu Brokers Division and Cebu Inhouse Division in handling concerns on non-standard requests of their clients during forecast stage until closing.
  • Endorses evaluated requests and complete requirements to concerned department within 2-3 working days upon receipt of request.
  • Ensures accuracy in submission of complete documents for closing for Cebu Brokers and Cebu Inhouse sellers.
  • Closes forecast accounts within 30 to 45 days from reservation date.

2. Sales Activities

  • Organizes events like Open House and General Assembly for Cebu Brokers Division and Cebu Inhouse Division that would generate sales and recruit new sellers.
  • Disseminates information such as memos, promos, and payment terms to Cebu Brokers and Davao Inhouse Sellers.
  • Assists Cebu Brokers and Cebu Inhouse Sellers on new reservation by providing project details, pricelists, computations, and all other sales related concerns and inquiries.

3. Other Tasks

  • Assists applicants for Cebu Inhouse and Cebu Brokers in all their accreditation concerns.
  • Encodes in Excel file details of sellers of new sellers and prepare ID.
  • Processes sellers' allowance and contract renewal.
  • Addresses issues / concerns of clients by delivering professional and quality service before, during, and after sales.
