Job Title: Social Media Specialist (Compliance-Focused)

Overview

We are looking for a Social Media Specialist who will help us make sure employee social media profiles follow our branding and compliance rules. This includes checking that required disclaimers and NMLS ID numbers are correctly shown. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable reviewing online profiles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review employee social media profiles (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, etc.)
  • Check if each profile includes:
  • Approved disclaimers
  • Correct and visible NMLS ID numbers
  • Record audit results and keep documentation updated
  • Inform employees and managers about missing or incorrect details
  • Follow up to ensure all corrections are completed
  • Coordinate with the Marketing and Compliance teams to stay updated on rules and guidelines
  • Help improve the social media audit process
