  • Product/Service Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of the company's products and services to effectively upsell and cross-sell.
  • Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflicts and provide timely solutions to clients.

Key Account Manager (Heavy Equipment)

  • Similar to a general Account Manager, but with a focus on managing the company's most important and high-value clients.
  • Responsible for nurturing relationships with key accounts, maximizing sales opportunities within those accounts, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • May be involved in developing and implementing strategic plans for key accounts.
