Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage company correspondence, reports, and documents.
- Organize and maintain filing systems (physical and electronic).
- Handle calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner.
- Monitor and request construction supplies.
- Maintain employee records, attendance logs, and leave requests.
- Prepare and monitor payroll summaries, timekeeping, and deductions.
- Coordinate with government agencies (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR) for employee-related matters.
- Assist in preparing vouchers, invoices, and receipts.
- Record daily expenses and maintain petty cash fund.
- Monitor payables and receivables.
- Coordinate with suppliers and clients for billing and payment concerns.
Qualifications
- Knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel-based templates).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information.
- Can work independently and manage multiple tasks under minimal supervision.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Accounting, or related course
Working Conditions
- Office-based, with coordination to project sites and external offices as needed.
- May be required to work extended hours during payroll or reporting deadlines.
