Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage company correspondence, reports, and documents.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems (physical and electronic).
  • Handle calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Monitor and request construction supplies.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance logs, and leave requests.
  • Prepare and monitor payroll summaries, timekeeping, and deductions.
  • Coordinate with government agencies (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR) for employee-related matters.
  • Assist in preparing vouchers, invoices, and receipts.
  • Record daily expenses and maintain petty cash fund.
  • Monitor payables and receivables.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and clients for billing and payment concerns.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel-based templates).
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information.
  • Can work independently and manage multiple tasks under minimal supervision.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Accounting, or related course

Working Conditions

  • Office-based, with coordination to project sites and external offices as needed.
  • May be required to work extended hours during payroll or reporting deadlines.
