Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment and Staffing

  • Assist in posting job vacancies for teaching and non-teaching staff.
  • Coordinate applicant screening, initial interviews, and scheduling with department/program heads.
  • Support onboarding and orientation of new faculty and staff

2. Employee Records Management

  • Maintain and update personnel records of faculty and staff (employment contracts, credentials, licenses and other documents)
  • Ensure compliance with CHED, DepEd, DOLE, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Safekeep faculty qualifications and accreditation documents for program compliance.

3. Performance Management

  • Support implementation of faculty evaluation and performance appraisal systems
  • Assist in consolidating evaluation results and coordinating with program heads.

4. Training & Development

  • Coordinate seminars, training programs, and faculty development activities.

5. Compliance and Accreditation

  • Prepare HR-related documents and reports for accreditation visits (CHED, PACUCOA, ACSCU, ISO, etc.)
  • Ensure that faculty and staff credentials meet accreditation and program requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 1-2 years' experience in human resources or administrative work (experience in an academe or educational institution is an advantage)
  • Familiarity with HR functions such as recruitment, employee records management.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to interact effectively with faculty and staff.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced academic environment.
  • Professional, reliable and committed to continuous learning.
  • Willing to work in Fairview, Quezon City
