HR ASSOCIATE - TALENT ACQUISITION AND EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT

Position Summary:

  • Responsible for end-to-end recruitment and the implementation of employee engagement initiatives to support manpower needs and strengthen company culture across store and support teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Coordinate with Hiring Managers to ensure timely fulfillment of manpower requirements.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, applicant databases, and pre-employment documentation.
  • Support planning and execution of employee engagement programs, recognition activities, and events.
  • Assist in employee communications, surveys, and feedback initiatives.
  • Provide HR administrative support and maintain accurate HR records.

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Communications, Business Management, Marketing, or any related degree.
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with ATS/HRIS is a plus.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • No experience required as long as with good credentials.

Working Conditions:

  • Can start immediately.
  • Willing to work on-site every Monday-Friday, 9:00AM-6:00PM at Biak na Bato, Quezon City (Near Banawe).
