KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Recruitment Branding & Advertising

  • Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment marketing strategies and campaigns to attract and engage top talent
  • Utilize data analytics to measure and optimize the effectiveness of recruitment marketing efforts
  • Stay updated on current trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment marketing

Content Creation

  • Create compelling recruitment content and messaging for various channels, including social media, job boards, email marketing, and employee referrals
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent and impactful employer branding across all platforms

Talent Attraction

  • Leverage various talent attraction channels and techniques to reach a diverse and qualified pool of candidates
  • Implement innovative talent attraction initiatives to enhance the company's employer brand and reputation

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with HR, marketing, and other departments to align recruitment marketing strategies with overall business goals
  • Coordinate multiple recruitment marketing projects, ensuring timely and effective execution

Compliance of Admin Deliverables

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable policies related to recruitment

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILL

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or equivalent
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful recruitment marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Familiarity using data analytics to measure and optimize recruitment marketing efforts
  • Familiarity with various talent attraction channels and techniques, such as social media, job boards, employee referrals, etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to create compelling recruitment content and messaging
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and analytics
  • Understanding of employer branding principles and how to build an attractive employer brand
  • Creativity and strategic thinking to develop innovative talent attraction initiatives
  • Data analysis and reporting capabilities to measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with HR, marketing, and other departments
